I accept referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals, however a referral letter is not essential to begin working with me.

*The higher cost of an initial session reflects the time required to review your intake questionnaire and communicate with other clinicians such as your GP to ensure coordinated care.

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of approximately $62 under a:

• Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)/Team Care Arrangement (TCA) (up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year)

• Eating Disorders Plan (EDP) (up to 20 dietitian sessions per 12 months)

Speak to your GP prior to the initial consultation to see if you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) or an Eating Disorders Management Plan (EDP).

Alternatively, most private health insurance extras policies also provide a rebate for dietitian session. I recommend you contact your private health insurer to ask what they will rebate for a dietitian consultation.

Please note, you cannot claim both Medicare rebates and private health rebates for the same dietetic session – each session can only be claimed under one scheme.

I have two payment options available. You can choose to store your credit card or debit card securely via Stripe. This allows for quick, contactless payment following each session, and a receipt will be emailed to you afterwards. Alternatively, you may choose to pay by an invoice emailed after each session.

Medicare: After our appointment and once payment has been processed, I will process your Medicare rebate (if eligible) on your behalf. The rebated amount will be directly deposited into your bank account following the appointment.

Private health: Immediately following our appointment, I will you with a receipt you for dietitian consultation, which in most cases is sufficient for your private health insurer to provide your rebate.

• Medicare referral (CDMP/TCA or EDP)
